BOOKKEEPER
Salary: $38k - $40k / yr.
We are seeking a bookkeeper to assist the
Director of Finance. We are a small wholesale
cosmetic company that is fast growing. This is a
remote position with flexible hours after the initial
training. This is a great opportunity for a career-minded

Main Responsibilities:
Accounts Payables
Accounts Receivables
Reconciling various accounts
Assisting in various accounting projects
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a Bookkeeper or Associate’s
degree or higher in Accounting
- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting
software
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized
- Responsible and takes pride in their work
